The Role
We are looking for a talented intern to join our commercial team. You will be based out of our Warsaw office and work directly with our Global Head of Commercial on a day-to-day basis. The commercial team is responsible managing the financial modeling, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for all our products and partnerships.

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone early on in their career looking for a steep learning curve in the tech space. The role will provide the full range of ups and downs of starting, building and scaling a technology business. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, an expert multitasker and able to effectively manage and support a team.

What you will do:

·       Pricing and profitability management: conducting thorough analysis of pricing data to identify the optimum margins for our products.

·       Use financial models and tools to evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.

·       Perform contribution margin calculations for various products, services, and projects.

·       Conduct market research and analysis.

·       Support the commercial team with day-to-day tasks, deal flow management and the deal approval process by preparing PowerPoint presentations and managing pipeline files.

Requirements

What you will bring:

·       Availability to work full time for 3-6 months starting immediately.

·       Fluency in English and Polish.

·       Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with sales teams, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.

·       Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have:

·       Experience with BI tools.
