We are currently looking for Murex Data Management Business Analysts to join a multi-person team supporting our investment banking client across EMEA.

Responsibilities
While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:
- Defining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications
- Performing SQL queries to select datasets for analysis and comparison purposes
- Contribute to solution design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm use cases, business logic, and field definitions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop test and migration plans and test cases, perform system testing, and to support UAT and applicable dress rehearsal and migration validations
- Collaborate with technology to remediate issues, and successfully migrate the in-scope data to Snowflake.
- Data integrity and validity, including automated reconciliations
- Validating current state behavior
- Developing process flows
- Validating data sources
Qualifications
- Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role for an investment bank / financial institution
- Strong Business Analyst skillset
- Capital Markets product knowledge, such as FI, EQ, Comm, FX
- Murex experience and knowledge
- Technically minded, with experience in any of the following - SQL, Python, NoSQL databases, Java, Big Data tools.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
