The Opportunity

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be a key member of our lean but growing accounting team. You’ll take ownership of core accounting activities while helping us design and refine the systems, controls, and processes that will support our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting – Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billings and collections with accuracy and timeliness.

• Expense Management – Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with policy.

• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations – Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies.

• Process Improvement – Identify and help implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Audit Support – Prepare schedules and documentation for annual financial audits.

• Ad Hoc Projects – Support special finance initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus).

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP; experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar); Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

• Attention to Detail: Accurate, thorough, and organized with a strong sense of accountability.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift.

• Collaboration & Drive: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
