A Day in the Life
As an Assembler III in our capital systems group in Billerica, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality and complex Capital Equipment Systems to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Business. You will lead improvements in manufacturing quality, capacity, and stability through solving problems, developing solutions, and executing strategies.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6:30 am
Compensation:
- Base hourly rate: $24/hr + $3/hr shift differential
- Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus
- PTO - 4 weeks / year

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education.
- Requires minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Must have experience with fine wire soldering.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a medical device setting.
- Prior assembly work with complex capital equipment systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical device quality standards.
