Job Summary

 

Working with numerous individuals and departments to support the performance of our products and operations for PVC fence and railing as well as assistance in our Aluminum Fence and Railing businesses. Working closely with the SVP-Operations for both PVC and Aluminum/other on various projects.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Work with SVP’s and VP of Operational Performance eon a standardized QC program for PVC, Aluminum, and decking
  • QC and SOP for inline color across the network
• Assist in the development of both Printing and coating lines in both Springdale and Bulls Gap for PVC Fence, PVC Decking and WPC
• Work on with material team on formulation optimization and cost reductions.
• Assisting on the setup of Stratos 2.0
• PVC Harmonization initiative with VP Extrusion Performance
• Assisting on technical understanding for compounding, extrusion, and other processes / run rate improvements
• Work with VP Engineering on automation opportunities

 

Requirements

 

• 15+ years experience in manufacturing leadership, extrusion experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75%
