Job Description
Job Summary
As a Product Manager for our SaaS network security management platform, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Your core mission is to deeply understand customer problems, define a product vision that simplifies security operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will drive the product roadmap for our Data Lake services, ensuring our offerings meet critical market demands and enhance the daily operations of Network Security Administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for the Strata Logging Service, defining short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives.
Act as the voice of the customer, intimately understanding their use cases and collaborating with customers and sales teams to gather and prioritize requirements for new features.
Own the product vision and requirements for data ingestion, processing, storage, and platform scaling, balancing priorities based on customer feedback, market trends, and cloud cost optimization.
Collaborate effectively with UX, engineering, and other product teams, translating requirements into actionable user stories and development plans to deliver high-quality, differentiated solutions.
Proactively work with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive log collection and visibility for new products and features.
Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools, and marketing content to support go-to-market efforts.
Engage with customers, partners, and sales engineering teams to gather feedback, evangelize the product, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, making data-driven decisions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent military experience required.
10+ years of product management experience in an enterprise technology setting.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following domains: Networking, Network Management, Network Security, or Next-Generation Firewalls.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience building and launching SaaS products, particularly those focused on IT operational efficiency.
Experience in making data-driven product decisions using analytics and performance metrics.
Experience managing the full device lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with overlapping projects and deliverables.
