HVAC Technician

<p><strong>Coho Technology Solutions</strong> is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong data-start="428" data-end="458">HVAC Technician</strong> to support military operations in San Diego, CA. This position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of commercial and industrial HVAC&amp;R systems in a secure, high-profile government environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting mission-critical facilities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC&amp;R systems.</li> <li data-start="1112" data-end="1222">Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to ensure optimal system performance.</li> <li data-start="1225" data-end="1320">Read and interpret commercial blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.</li> <li data-start="1323" data-end="1419">Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems, including pneumatic and digital controls.</li> <li data-start="1422" data-end="1547">Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li> <li data-start="1550" data-end="1625">Support boiler, chiller, and stationary equipment operations as required.</li> <li data-start="1628" data-end="1733">Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including EPA standards.</li> <li data-start="1736" data-end="1852">Communicate system conditions, repair needs, and corrective actions to facility staff and non-technical personnel.</li> <li data-start="1855" data-end="1909">Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.</li> <li data-start="1912" data-end="2002">Perform duties in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying environmental conditions.</li> <li data-start="2005" data-end="2106">Maintain professionalism and reliability while working in a government and high-security environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain access to a secure government installation at San Diego, CA</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Education and Certifications:</strong> <ul> &l
