Who are our customers? Policyholders, injured workers, providers, and agents in Colorado. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Future Opportunities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Customer Experience</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our Customer Experience Reps provide a best in class customer experience to external stakeholders and internal business teams including claims, underwriting etc.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What you’ll do:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Explain general workers’ compensation and company guidelines, requirements and procedures using problem solving skills and broad-based knowledge. Manage and prioritize a high volume of administrative tasks including email, phon
