Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician with a positive and professional attitude to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. They are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance needs.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by cleaning buildings, equipment, work areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and other exterior areas as needed.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and safety concerns.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects as needed.
• Work with outside contractors when necessary.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of the company's on-call rotation

Certifications

• EPA Certification required
• HVAC Certification or experience

Requirements

• Evenings and weekends as needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between locations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and reach for extended period
