As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Driver in MIDLAND, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor alarm-related activity, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial facility by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
• Staff the front desk or reception area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment, reporting unusual activity and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, communicate site policies, and complete required daily activity reports and other documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
