Outpatient Tele Therapist (LCSW) – WA License Required

Position: License Clinical Social Worker - Adults  

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | Washington license required  

Compensation: Starting at $75,000/year 

Schedule: Flexible within Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (40 hrs/wk), potential for 10-hour shifts

We're currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual therapy services for patients ages 18+ through one of our Washington-based outpatient partners. 

What You'll Do 
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: 

• Conduct initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. 

• Provide therapy to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. 

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including peer support staff, psychiatry, crisis services, case management, early psychosis treatment program, developmental disabilities office, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Washington-based outpatient FQHC 

• Schedule: flexible within Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, potential for 10-hour shifts 

• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments
