Summary

The Vice President of Manufacturing directs, manages, and coordinates all activities associated with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance. This position is responsible for efficient and economical manufacturing of company products in conformance with established goals and objectives.

Ā Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing functions of the organization to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained and the production of quality products to meet customer demand and promise dates.

Ensure that as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities (new technology, equipment, systems, and/or process improvements) meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for quality, quantity, cost, and throughput.

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, production planning & control strategies, sourcing, material planning, and logistics.

Ensure the effective use of labor, tools, plants, and equipment. Drive strong partnerships with Product and quality leadership to deliver customer satisfaction through strict adherence to product specifications, open communication, and timely follow-up.

Ā Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or any other relevant degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • At least five years of experience leading a manufacturing operation (in its entirety).
  • Experience leading organization-wide transformation.
  • Proven experience developing high-performing teams that objectively contributed to achieving bottom-line company results. However, people as well as business Leadership strengths are essential.
  • Able to analyze data to make decisions and recommendations.

Wages

  • Salary plus bonus starting at $200,000
