The Marketing Performance Manager will oversee the design, execution, and optimization of personalized initiatives that support deepening conversations in branches and non-digital channels. Specialist will leverage advanced insights to provide front-line associates the offers and messages that best serve individual clients while supporting business goals to increase deposit balances and wallet-share. This role combines strategic marketing, program management, and data-driven insights to deliver and monitor impactful, compliant marketing experiences that enhance teammate sales efficiency. Specialist should expect to apply a strong discipline across operations, risk, and program measurement to help influence channel message mix and strategy.

The position requires building relationships with channel leaders and senior marketing partners to translate business, client, and product strategies into actionable experiences. The ideal candidate applies deep knowledge of client behavior and has passion for optimizing the client relationship experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  
1. Build an understanding of marketing’s delivery processes and how data flows from concept to execution to results, for the sake of accurate assessments and interpretations of end results.
2. Coordinate delivery of individual report packages. Can include dissecting information out of reports, preparation of summaries, and facilitating meetings/discussions among senior managers.
3. Assist analytical areas such as Sales & Marketing Analytics, Finance, etc. on addressing strategic challenges in the development and delivery of performance reporting.
4. Monitor marketing processes to identify risks to quality of results being reported.
5. Drive tactical actions on larger efforts such as strategic plan development and investment management. 


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline
4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process
5. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services
6. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals
7. Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
8. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
9. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective
10. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
