What you will do:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services
• Assist in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 tools to enhance user experience
• Help develop training materials and educate end-users on best practices
• Contribute to documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles
• Support cross-functional teams in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and security best practices

What you bring & who you are:

• Computer Science degree or engineering
• Understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack and a hands-on, user-focused mindset
• Creative thinker with an interest in exploring new ideas and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (our business language)
