Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing

Position Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing to lead key areas of our brand and communications efforts. This senior leader will oversee public relations, communications strategy, executive and crisis communications, speaking opportunities, and organic social media. They will manage a team—including our Communications Manager and Social Media Manager—while working closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking storyteller with a deep understanding of modern communications channels and a passion for driving influence at scale. This person knows how to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments and uses emerging tools—including AI—to enhance impact and efficiency.

What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a team responsible for PR, corporate communications, and social media strategy and execution
Drive the overall communications strategy, including media relations, executive and crisis communications
Identify and secure strategic speaking and media opportunities for company executives and subject matter experts
Guide the voice of the brand across owned and earned channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and connection to business goals
Oversee the organic social media strategy and execution, working with the social media manager to grow reach and engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, product marketing, and growth marketing teams
Use AI and automation tools to scale communications efforts and unlock new efficiencies across content creation and social
Track, measure, and report on communications and brand KPIs, adjusting strategy based on insights and impact
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand marketing, ideally within B2B tech or cybersecurity
2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and mentor team members
Strong track record of building and executing integrated communications strategies that drive awareness, reputation, and business results
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences
Experience working directly with executive leadership on communications, visibility, and messaging
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in
