What You’ll Contribute

• Help deliver marketing strategy and content that grows our FICO Score business both in the US and internationally. You will need to develop close relationships with our FICO Score product management, analytics, and client facing teams to understand our goals to first, protect our core business, second, build awareness and positive sentiment, and finally, to contribute to processes that maximize our resources and impact.

• Ensure that content you create is fully “launched” both inside and outside FICO to maximize its impact and connected to broader strategies. This requires excellent communication (written, verbal and visual), meticulous attention to detail, effective project management and problem-solving skills, the ability to provide informal or formal training, evangelization, and diligent follow-up to ensure both FICO and our customers in both the US and internationally are aware of and actively consume these materials.

• Play an important role in building connection between the content and go-to-market strategies for FICO Score product launches and market adoption. Establishing a consistent flow of high-quality content is essential to success in this role. Content deliverables include product/program materials, presentations, websites, thought leadership pieces, digital media, sales enablement and more.

• A desire to learn from our more senior marketers, partner managers and technical experts. We have smart folks who are happy to help get you unstuck, to serve as subject matter experts, a sounding board, and mentor and coach you on your journey.

What We’re Seeking

• Understanding and experience building communications around analytic credit scoring solutions. You should have a basic understanding of machine learning solutions and predictive scores.

• BA/BS in a related field. The major is less important to us than is your ability to tell a good story about how your education and knowledge has shaped how you approach solving problems and will enable you to be successful here.

• Experience communicating about technical solutions in approachable, value-based communications.

• Strong collaborative player who is adept at navigating complex organizations to accomplish objectives.

• Loves hands-on creative work with a track record of compelling storytelling in marketing materials that drive market results.

• Experience marketing to lending industries, especially consumer credit, mortgage, or auto is a big plus.

• Experience working with and understanding of the U.S. credit reporting agencies and understanding of regulatory frameworks especially as it pertains to consumer lending and other U.S. credit regulations is helpful.

• Understanding of credit markets and regulations is a huge plus.

• The targeted base pay range for this role is: $98,000 to $154,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
