CFO Advisory - Senior Manager

<p>We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels as a Senior Manager. You will work with senior experts in the field of transformation, restructuring and transaction services and will mainly focus on:</p><ul><li><p>Providing an operational perspective during a due diligence (transaction), restructuring or transformation program</p></li><li><p>Preparing of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. board members, investors, M&amp;A advisors and C-suite management)</p></li><li><p>Steering and providing guidance to junior team members</p></li><li><p>Reporting back to the senior team members of the assignment on the day-to-day developments of your project</p></li><li><p>Being responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard</p></li><li><p>Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged</p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p>To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior Manager to have :</p><ul><li><p>A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics</p></li><li><p>Operations industry experience (e.g. manufacturing and/or supply chain) within a corporate environment or management consultancy in a similar field of expertise</p></li><li><p>Between five to eight years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills</p></li><li><p>An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge</p></li><li><p>An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects</p></li><li><p>A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset</p></li><li><p>An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment</p></li><li><p>You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English,French and/or Dutch</p></li></ul><p>If you meet the above requirements and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.</p>
