Their role also includes staff management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
QualificationsEducation Required: Graduate of accredited school of Nursing
License(s) Required: Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in NYS, BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
Experience/Skills: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field of critical care nursing. Evidence of excellent communication, interpersonal organization, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills. Team development and supportive measures to improve staff retention and satisfaction rates.
Preferred: CCRN certified
