Cook

Line Cook- $15.00 hr

The primary duty of a Line Cook is preparing foods for customers. They may prepare individual orders like burgers, pizzas, salads, etc. This requires familiarity with cooking a variety of items to order, as well as managing food presentation and customization.

Responsibilities

• Take control of the lunch and or dinner service and ensure guests receive a delicious and memorable meal.
• Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after dinner.
• Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic.
• Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
• Ensure all food is always freshly prepared and on time.
• Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
• Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Supervisor.
• Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensuring that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary.
