Position Summary
The position will have a focus on a variety of cross-functional value-added services including: driving continuous improvement, in-depth business process analysis, and guidance and consultation for long-term strategic planning & strategic initiative execution.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $ 140,000
Bay Area Maximum: $238,000
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Solve unique and complex process problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative process solutions. Present findings and propose recommendations to senior leadership to gain agreement.
- Work with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making in relation to organizational and cross functional business processes.
- Identify and drive cost and productivity improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis on the most complex processes that have cross functional impact.
- May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- May provide direction and coaching to other team members.
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years Job-related experience
Desired:
- Masters Degree
