Tax Intern, International Compliance

POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual will be responsible for assisting on various International Tax Compliance work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assisting in International Compliance
• Assisting in various international compliance related tax audit tasks including the gathering of information needed for audit responses and help with analysis of workpapers received during an audit
• Assisting in excel based offline projects and Alteryx workflows
• Possibly tax related research

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Sophomores and above majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Accounting and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills – including knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills
• Interested in an Accounting or Finance career
• Must be available for part-time internship during the school year in our NY office

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $17 to $19. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
