Community School Site Leader

JOB ID: 4785 � Community School Site Leader � Part-time position beginning 8/27/2026.

Location: Bridgewater

Scheduled Hours/Days: 12-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Some Fridays, up to 30 hours/week. 

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Experience working with children.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of out-of-school time programming. Experience supervising staff. Bilingual Spanish/English. Bachelor's Degree. Ability to manage and track data.

Pay Rate/Range: $24.77 - $28.22/hr.

Responsibilities: 
- Provides general daily oversight of the program site for staff and students.
- Actively participates in the implementation of the daily program curriculum and activities.
- Provides direct supervision of the students in the program.
- Regularly meets with Youth Development Coordinator and other team members.
- Assists in data tracking and reporting.
- Collaborates with a variety of community organizations to deliver programming. 
- Promotes Community School to school staff, families, and wider community.
