Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of dock associates and selectors.

• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Train, coach, and support team members in proper warehouse and safety practices.

• Assist supervisors with scheduling and shift coordination.

• Report performance metrics and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, food safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in warehouse operations and material handling equipment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
