What We Are Looking for

The Financial Operations Summer Intern (June - August) will learn how our Authentic Billing Operations team functions. This intern is familiar with and has experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook

 

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assist Billing Operations team with cash application automation and reporting design testing • Compiling and updating the Customer Database clean-up • Assist Sr. Managers with daily/monthly billing operations activity • Work on various financial / management trackers  • Support ad-hoc reporting and operational projects as needed. This could include analyzing operational efficiencies, new report requests and analysis, or conducting any other research to support Authentic Brands Group's business goals

 

Must Haves

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student • Able to work up to 20 hours per week • Able to work onsite for 2 days in our NYC office • Major in finance, accounting, or business administration • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills • Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Demonstrated willingness to take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion • A can-do attitude with the ability to learn and grow

 

Primary Location Salary Range:

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York, NY, is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York, NY, is $22
