It is upon us to evaluate the involved processes for their efficiency and meaningfulness and to ensure the achievement of our targets. You are the role model for quality mindset and teamwork. We ensure the interaction within the quality management. We continuously close gaps in the system with a view on customer satisfaction, the future, efficient procedures and consistency of the system and process landscape.

 

Your Contribution to the "Big Picture"

• In your new position you act as process owner / lead / manager. Hence, you execute the annual process reviews and substitute the Q&V function in defined process circles
• You are responsible for the Q circle process optimization as well as its global implementation
• You represent the Customer Quality function in decision-making bodies about systems and processes and act as the interface to other business functions
• Your tasks include the definition of processes and standards for the risk assessment of product proving issues
• When it comes to risk assessment, you are especially responsible for the definition and conduction of hazard assessment measures (e.g., following the RAPEX method)
• You coach and mentor employees regarding these tasks on a global basis

 

 

Your Skills Are Needed

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in specific tasks, such as process management or risk management approaches (FMEA, RAPEX)
• Professional experience in quality management in a global setting, ideally in combination with sales and service experience
• Audit review as well as leadership experiences preferable
