Specialty Oncology Retail Pharmacist, Integrated Service Center - Full Time/Days

About the role

Our specialty pharmacy program is growing and looking for experienced pharmacists to join our team. This position will mainly support our Oncology patients across the state. Daily responsibilities include clinical review of prescriptions, collaborating with pharmacist and provider team embedded in clinic, conducting patient and provider outreach, and participating in specialty management program. Team members are office based, with the opportunity for partial remote work available. 

Schedule is Monday – Friday day shift, includes no weekend/evenings/holidays—we are based out of the IU Health Integrated Services Center located in Plainfield, IN. 

• Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist.
• Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required.
