TD Securities Business Systems Analysis covers a mandate that includes (but isn't limited to) proposing technical systems to accomplish business requirements enterprise-wide. These experts build relationships with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders (both internal and external) to:

Plan + Elicit + Analyze + Document + Communicate + Manage + Implement system requirements;

Assess client needs and recommend the right technology;

Offer operational and process-related analysis and support; and
Offer solutions as per existing standard.

About This Role

We are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, manage and implement detailed functional specifications.

• Focus on Equity and Derivatives workflow applications, particularly in the areas of workflow management, data management, account/contact management, and E2E offer management and 3rd party tools.

• Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions

• Partner with project stakeholders across the business and technology teams by analyzing all requirements to formulate business needs, translate and implement those into application functionality, deciding when to advocate and when to compromise to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution

• Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solution

• Experience with agile practices

• Driving operational excellence – Drive project deliverables while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization

• Plan and facilitate requirements definition sessions with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Create detailed requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, implementation strategy and diagrams for user stories

• Assist with project planning, scoping and management

• Assist in workflow development and implementation which includes business rules, scripts, microservices and 3rd party application inegration

• Assist in the writing of the test plans, cases & scripts as required

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience

• Scripting (JavaScript and python) and MySQL

• BPMN, Camunda, Splunk, technical acumen and troubleshooting experience

• Commitment to applying advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise, including design, development, testing and project management

• Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis pro
