That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong><em> </em></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for ensuring we have a team of strong product managers.&nbsp; You will focus on developing and coaching product managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Accountable for leading a team of product managers to ensure the solutions are valuable and viable.&nbsp;&nbsp; You will gain deep knowledge of our customers and business constraints – from marketing, merchandising, customer service, finance, legal, and of course, technology.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help develop product managers who commit to delivering outcomes, not dates!&nbsp;</li> <li>Be a Play-Coach, one who is willing to roll up the sleeves as needed to lead by excellence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring the team of product managers is solving the right problems that go beyond the symptoms of issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with quarterly planning and assigning objectives (problems to solve) to product teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure the team of product managers develops the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision while delivering tangible impact against business objectives for their product.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience:&nbsp; Proven track record over multiple years as an individual contributor product manager responsible for delivering impact in B2C product experience in mobile and web applications.</li> <li>Bonus:&nbsp; Retail eCommerce is your bread and butter.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Quick Learner: Proven ability to go deep and quickly learn new domains; strong demonstration of business acumen in major parts of the business (i.e., merchandising, marketing, finance, legal, etc.)</li> <li>Process Expert: Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery – with a focus on impact over meeting delivery dates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Servant-based Leader: Lead by context, not control.&nbsp; Has a track record of coaching and developing other people.&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrate a clear understanding of your role as the primary c
