The U.S. Respiratory business within our company is a growing part of our Company. The Director, U.S. Marketing, MPO / DTC & Acquisition Strategy will play a strategic role in supporting the continued commercial success of our newly acquired COPD asset.
This role is responsible for the concepting and overall strategy for acquisition of consumers into the Brand, including the DTC channels, creative campaign and omnichannel growth levers that will meet the objectives of Ohtuvayre, a newly acquired COPD asset, as well as future products within the Respiratory Business Unit.
The candidate will lead, motivate, and inspire members of the CAT (Customer Agile Team) to drive results and deliver value aligned to the Brand strategy & priorities. This high-profile role is designed to position the candidate for future leadership roles.
This role will partner closely with Access, Market Research, Legal / Compliance, Data & Analytics, and the CAT for seamless execution and measurement of all acquisition programs. This position directly manages one Associate Director (DTC & Acquisition) providing leadership, direction, and oversight across both internal teams and external partners.
This position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and will report to the Executive Director, HCC Marketing.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Branded consumer campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design and lead the strategic planning of US consumer-focused branded promotional campaigns and messaging across priority media, digital and experiential channels.
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Agile Team, comprised of experts in consumer marketing, media, digital engagement, campaign design, development, and measurement to develop and execute comprehensive branded campaigns to successfully drive the continued launch of Ohtuvayre in the US market.
Ensure Consumer Channel Readiness: Develop go-to-market readiness plans to support HCC promotion in the US, including channel and content plans, pre-launch and launch KPIs, audience segmentation and targeting, and readiness of key patient-facing touchpoints (e.g., website, CRM, call centers, patient support materials). Lead efforts for launch execution and launch metric tracking and execution oversight.
Oversee and effective and insightful MMx to measure ROI and make strategic tradeoffs regarding marketing programs, investments, creative; course-correcting as necessary.
Maintain awareness of competitor strategies and industry trends to inform and enhance initiatives.
Coordinates and allocates work among cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery of patient support programs. Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all patient-facing support and educational materials. Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, HEOR, D&A, Digital, Legal, and Compliance to ensure all acquisition materials and creative meet regulatory and promotional/non-promotional requirements.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centric innovation across the team and vendor ecosystem.
Navigate regulatory, compliance, and operational constraints to deliver innovative solutions.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experience), and at least 5 years of demonstrated in-line leadership marketing experience.
