HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop project management plan including scope, communications plans, RACI matrices, Risk Management Plans, and Schedule.
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Conduct technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Utilize Agile or SECDEVOPs principles in managing projects.
• Make timely decisions to ensure project progress.
• Utilize Change Management procedures for implementing project products.
• Be able to manage projects with different types of deliverables to include software deployments, cloud efforts, hardware implementation, and implementation of ITIL frameworks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree
● Required Experience: 7+ years of project management experience
● Required Skills and Abilities: Experience working in an ITIL framework. Experience working with Agile or DEVSECOPS frameworks
● Location: Remote

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
