We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Position Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The Advanced Vehicle Dynamics Engineer is responsible for benchmarking and concept evaluation for chassis and suspension systems for future vehicle programs.</li> <li>It is integral to have strong knowledge of suspension and chassis architecture and components, and strong understanding of cause and effect.</li> <li>Responsibilities include target setting, tire specification, CoG calculations, hard point definition and more leveraging subjective vehicle assessments, objective test data analysis and vehicle dynamics principles.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on and driving, physical testing, modeling and simulation experience is all valuable in this role.</li> <li>Strong ability to work cross-functionally is also a must in this position.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited university or equivalent</li> <li>Experience in automotive engineering product development</li> <li>Suspension architecture knowledge and development experience</li> <li>Vehicle Ride and Handling - Tuning or Development Experience</li> <li>Target Setting Experience for Ride and Handling</li> <li>K&amp;C Experience</li> <li>Knowledge of Modal Alignment and NVH Fundamentals</li> <li>Proactive and Reactive problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li> <li>Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)</li> <li>Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Experience from cross functional interaction</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master of Science Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited univer
