Fixed Income Associate Analyst – CLO

Role Summary

The Fixed Income Associate Analyst program is a 3-5 year structured program offering extensive mentorship and training, designed to develop future credit investors.

Responsibilities

• Diverse responsibilities including transaction and sector-related research projects, extensive financial analysis, and collaboration with analysts, portfolio managers, and traders

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred 
• 1+ year of professional work experience
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

Preferred:

• Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
• Knowledge of securitized credit and CLOs
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research which can be additive to the investment process
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior experience with databases and SQL is a plus
• Progress toward CFA designation is a plus

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
