Senior Manager of Strategy and Insights

[solidcore] is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy and Insights to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights with actionable recommendations for our executive team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, project management skills, and be a strong stakeholder. They will also share a love of fitness, community, and being part of a collaborative team.
Located in the vibrant Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Insights, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

Responsibilites:

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements
• Conduct hypothesis-driven data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities and synthesize key recommendations for multiple stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret consumer research to uncover insights that will inform growth strategy, innovation, and operational improvements
• Help develop and execute [solidcore]’s long-term strategic plan, acting as a thought partner to Executive Team in developing both short-term and long-term strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to project manage strategic priorities

What skills and experience you'll bring to us:

• Ability to breakdown complex problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively, synthesizing and explaining complex problems to executives and other key stakeholders
• Experience conducting, interpreting and synthesizing consumer research
• Quantitative background and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 - 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• The 3 C’s: Collaborative, Communicative and Consistent
• Ability to function in a player/coach role
