About the role

<p>We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong digital mindset and a contemporary aesthetic, ready to create visuals that don’t just look good—but drive engagement and impact.</p> <p>You’ll join a fast-paced, creative environment where design meets music, content, and performance. You don’t need to know YouTube in advance—we’ll teach you—but we’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. </p> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design compelling cover artworks (singles, albums, playlists) aligned with artist identity and release strategy</li> <li>Create motion graphics and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</li> <li>Develop high-impact visual assets for digital platforms (social, streaming, YouTube, CRM campaigns)</li> <li>Design video-related assets (thumbnails, overlays, visualizers, lyric videos)</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Marketing teams and artists on visual storytelling</li> <li>Adapt creative ideas across formats, platforms, and performance-driven iterations</li> <li>Contribute to campaign ideas with a strong understanding of music culture and digital trends</li> <li>Stay up to date with emerging creative tools and technologies</li> <li>YouTube Account Management (e.g. videos upload, release planning on the platform)</li> </ul> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing digital design (social, motion, covers, video)</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li> <li>Solid motion design and video editing skills</li> <li>Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and visual language</li> <li>Good sense of typography, layout, and branding—especially within music and youth culture</li> <li>A mindset focused on creating visuals that are both creative and effective</li> <li>Experience in entertainment, music, or youth-focused brands</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments</li> <li>Professional fluency in English language and native in Greek</li> <li>Basic knowledge of 3D tools</li> <li>Basic experience in YouTube Account Management</li> </ul> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>What we give you:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You jo
