Data Analytics Sr Analyst - Avendra

Job Description

This analyst supports the Account Planning and Analysis team to help achieve or exceed spend and revenue targets, ensure high customer satisfaction with existing Avendra programs, and achieve greater penetration of Avendra offerings through supporting Customer Care initiatives and Reporting.

Position Reports to Manager, Account Planning and Analysis

Job Responsibilities

Prototype and develop new reporting and analytical tools for Customer Care organization Analyze spend and other data to identify opportunities
Implement regularly scheduled documents and reports in support of account objectives and communication goals
Work closely with clients and internal associates to meet their analytical support needs Work with the Procurement Technology Group to help create and validate reports and dashboards in Power BI
Measure results against objectives

Work Environment. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers  phones  and photocopiers
Physical Demands. This is largely a sedentary role with some light lifting of files possibly needed.

Qualifications

Role Requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills Project Management Skills Excellent analytical skills - turning data into knowledge and knowledge into action
Extensive knowledge of Excel (i.e. pivot tables, formulas), and familiarity with SQL queries.
Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
        Knowledge of VBA, Excel Macros and/or Python is a plus

Overnight Travel Requirements.  None

Years of Relevant Experience.    0-5 years of experience

Education Requirements.   BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
