Private Duty CNA - Full-Time

Location: Bristol, TN 37620

 

Overview:Join our team to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a young adult patient. This rewarding role allows you to build a meaningful connection while supporting the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, and transfers in a comfortable home setting.

 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in Tennessee.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
