What Our R.N’s Do:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants
• Admit, discharge and transfer residents as assigned
• Ensure all medications and treatments have been administered
• Receive telephone orders from physicians, transcribe and record orders
• Ensure nursing documentation reflects the individual care plan

What Our L.P.N’s Do:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants
• Ensure all medications and treatments have been signed off before end of shift
• Perform routine rounds to ensure resident care meets expectations
• Ensure nurse reflect individual care plan expectations

Qualifications:

• Must have active R.N or L.P.N license
• Must have current CPR license
• Previous long term care experience desirable
