Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Sourcing & Operations, the Senior Manager of Strategic Programs is a high-impact role responsible for leading department-level initiatives that enhance competitiveness, drive cost savings, and foster organizational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for transformation, innovation, and change leadership. As a trusted partner across functions, you will lead key programs, drive change management efforts, build a strong department culture, and own internal communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic transformation programs that position the company for long-term success and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GS&EM initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings, improved processes, and enhanced value.
- Design and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans to ensure successful program adoption and sustained impact.
- Serve as a culture champion by developing initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement within the GS&EM team.
- Own Procurement’s internal communications strategy—crafting clear, impactful messages and keeping key stakeholders aligned and informed.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in the semi-conductor industry
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an accredited international university.
- Experience creating and deploying manufacturing and procurement processes at semi-conductor sites.
- PMP certification
- Prosci certification
