The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

PT, 20 hours, 8-4:30 (M-F, days scheduled to work will vary based on clinic need)  

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this specialized role will work within our Older Adults and Memory Care Clinics. Key responsibilities include processing refill requests, managing prior authorizations, conducting health screens, providing in-basket coverage, administering long-acting injectable medications, memory care testing, and performing telephone triage. This position is ideal for a compassionate, team-oriented professional with strong assessment and communication skills. Experience in psychiatric care, with geriatric populations, or outpatient settings is highly preferred.
