You’ll work closely with our Practice Manager, Operations Leaders, and Support Center to optimize patient care, enhance the client experience, and support a positive work environment. • Mentor & Develop: Guide a high-performing team of veterinarians and support staff, encouraging growth through regular training and development.
• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations, implement best practices, and meet client demand efficiently.
• Build Strong Relationships: Create a trusting, compassionate environment for both clients and staff, advocating for pets and their quality of life.
• Drive Success: Collaborate on annual planning, budgeting, and productivity goals to ensure the hospital’s success and sustainability.

Clinical & Operational Impact

• Deliver Excellence: Use your expertise to create comprehensive treatment plans, building trust through clear communication and follow-up.
• Lead with Confidence: Oversee daily hospital operations, delegating tasks to maximize productivity while maintaining high standards of care.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent, required
• Veterinary License in good standing or eligibility for licensure with the applicable state veterinary board
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience required
• 2 years of leadership experience
