Job Description
Westgate Resorts is looking for an insightful, data-driven, and collaborative Senior Manager of Digital Analytics to lead the strategy, implementation, and reporting of digital analytics across our flagship hospitality and vacation ownership websites. In this role, you’ll shape how data drives smarter decisions around eCommerce performance, customer behavior, website optimization, digital marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and revenue opportunities.

You’ll work hands-on with GA4/Google Analytics 360, GTM, paid media tracking, attribution modeling, A/B testing, dashboarding, and cross-functional analytics initiatives. You’ll partner with Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Inventory, Call Center, SEO, and Paid Media teams to deliver insights that shape strategy across the enterprise.

What You'll Do as a Senior Manager of Digital Analytics:
Digital Analytics Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development, management, and presentation of digital analytics insights and recommendations that drive business decisions across marketing and eCommerce.
- Define key metrics, KPIs, and attribution models in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in web analytics, SEO, SEM, paid media, paid social, content performance, and digital campaign optimization.
Data Implementation & Tracking
- Oversee tagging structures, tracking plans, and measurement strategies to ensure accurate and complete data collection across all sites and marketing channels.
- Drive requirements and provide guidance for analytics implementation across platforms (GA4/360, GTM, paid media pixels, affiliate tracking, etc.).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (SEO, Paid Media, Call Center, Revenue Management) to integrate multi-channel data and solve tracking gaps.
Reporting, Insights & Optimization
- Develop automated and ad-hoc dashboards and reporting for all levels of leadership, operational teams, and key business partners.
- Analyze performance across the customer journey—including booking windows, room types, rate categories, traffic source performance, conversion funnels, and seasonal patterns.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, compelling presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analyses to support optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Participate in analytics-focused workgroups and support enterprise marketing initiatives with insights and data storytelling.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by gathering input, aligning expectations, and ensuring high transparency throughout projects.
- Present findings through PowerPoint, dashboards, whiteboards, and in-platform walkthroughs (GA, GTM, Data Studio, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, digital operations, and inventory teams to reach shared goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring as a Senior Manager of Digital Analytics:
Experience:
- 8–10 years in a digital analytics role supporting eCommerce, hospitality, hotels, travel, or multi-site environments preferred.
- Strong analytical experience interpreting complex datasets from websites, booking engines, and online travel platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 360/GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems (Tealium, GTM).
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, DV360), social analytics (Facebook Business Manager/Meta Insigh
