Position Summary
The Duals COE is accountable for Aetna products that cover members with Medicaid and Medicare benefits through a single plan (integrated product) as well as supports Aetna’s Duals and Institutional Special Needs Plans throughout the country with regulatory reporting, oversight, State Medicaid Agency Contracts (SMACs) and regulatory elements of SNP Model of Care (MOC) requirements.
The Duals COE also supports programmatic initiatives with enterprise partners that further overall strategic objectives, promote growth and financial sustainability.
The Sr. Manager, Project Management will support the Vice President, Duals in execution of Aetna's Duals Strategy. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the duals business including helping organize and drive initiatives throughout the organization and in support of integrated product markets that are owned and managed by the Duals COE (MI, OH, IL, NY, NJ, VA). This position will work closely with enterprise strategy teams and support development of materials for executive focused meetings. The position will need to collaborate with key enterprise, market, and segment leadership to support and drive business functions. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with Duals COE leaders on goals and objectives, tracking and driving progress to ensure success
- Serve as liaison to enterprise teams to support Medicare bids, integrated products, executive leadership requests, and other areas to support integrated products and duals generally.
- Collaborate with product and market teams Medicare benefit and bid strategy.
- Contribute to Duals COE strategic planning and development of annual operating plan for integrated products and overall COE activities.
- Partner with integrated product markets to drive local strategy.
- Support market performance goals via local execution of teams supporting STARs/quality withhold, and cost structure reduction (SAIs) initiatives.
- Drive PowerPoint decks and deliverables as needed
- Supporting and helping to drive culture initiatives within the Duals COE and integrated product markets
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of healthcare experience
- Strong facilitative leadership and business problem solving skills.
- Effective technical skills within PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications.
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse workforce and cross functional groups.
- Proven ability to work successfully within a matrix environment and influence internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Medicare/Medicaid and/or DSNP experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
