We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Service Manager — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment and knows how to lead a team, grow sales, and deliver exceptional service. This is not an order-taking role; it’s a leadership position for someone who knows how to sell, motivate, and win.
What You’ll Do

• Drive the front counter. You’ll lead by example, turning customer needs into actionable repair opportunities.
  
  
• Coach and lead your team of technicians and service advisors to maximize productivity, quality, and profitability.
  
  
• Own the customer experience — from consultation to close — ensuring every guest leaves confident, satisfied, and coming back.
  
  
• Sell with integrity. Build trust through expert recommendations and transparent communication.
  
  
• Manage daily shop operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
  
  
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep your shop on track for sales and service goals.
  
  
• Maintain shop organization and efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in a high-volume automotive service or sales environment (2+ years preferred).
  
  
• A confident communicator who can close sales and build lasting relationships.
  
  
• A leader who can inspire, train, and hold a team accountable while keeping morale high.
  
  
• Strong understanding of automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and flexible availability (weekends included).
