The position reports to the Lodge Managers but also to theWarehouse Assistant Manager in charge of night operations once the Day lodge managers leave
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available ()

Job Responsibilities:
- Helps receive and put away orders for the lodge.
- Overall Lodge cleanliness, and snow removal as needed.
- Inspect the quality of food product received from the warehouse.
- Ability to attend work in harsh weather environments.
- Ability to be held accountable to Vail Resorts, Inc. policies, procedures, and performance standards, and de-escalate situations as they arise.
- Maintain a safe environment and keep location compliant with all health and safety requirements.
- We are a company that works together; throughout the season, you may be required to assist other departments as needed.
- Clean Bathrooms and Kitchen for next day of operations
- Help dispose of trash as needed.
- Unload products from haul cats while maintaining safety at all times.
- Remove and dispose of trash/recycling and compost from multiple locations while upholding our commitment to zero waste expectations.
- Ability to learn and operate snow blowers as needed
- Ability to communicate with other stakeholders/departments/team members to effectively execute plans for delivery and safety
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, logistics, or transportation environment.
- CA state food handler’s permit.
- Valid driver’s license
