The position reports to the Lodge Managers but also to theWarehouse Assistant Manager in charge of night operations once the Day lodge managers leave 

 

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available ()
• Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age 
• Housing Availability: No  

Job Responsibilities:

• Helps receive and put away orders for the lodge.
• Overall Lodge cleanliness, and snow removal as needed.
• Inspect the quality of food product received from the warehouse.
• Ability to attend work in harsh weather environments.
• Ability to be held accountable to Vail Resorts, Inc. policies, procedures, and performance standards, and de-escalate situations as they arise.
• Maintain a safe environment and keep location compliant with all health and safety requirements.
• We are a company that works together; throughout the season, you may be required to assist other departments as needed.
• Clean Bathrooms and Kitchen for next day of operations
• Help dispose of trash as needed.
• Unload products from haul cats while maintaining safety at all times.
• Remove and dispose of trash/recycling and compost from multiple locations while upholding our commitment to zero waste expectations.
• Ability to learn and operate snow blowers as needed
• Ability to communicate with other stakeholders/departments/team members to effectively execute plans for delivery and safety 

  Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, logistics, or transportation environment.
• CA state food handler’s permit.
• Valid driver’s license
