We are looking for a new Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

As a Senior Data Analyst at Vertiv, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to provide valuable insights and support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that decisions and programs are informed by data-driven insights.

The HR Reporting & Analytics team generates diverse reports and dashboards by leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM as the primary source for employee data, augmented by data collected from Finance and other integrated systems.

• Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources, including HRIS, performance systems, and data warehouse.
• Creating and submitting, within deadline, of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as ad hoc ones specific to the HR department and aligned with local and global standards.
• Develop and maintain real-time data dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders, utilizing Oracle HCM, RStudio and Power BI.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify improvement areas and shape HR strategies.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to provide customized reports and analyses, addressing specific needs.
• Support HR Headcount planning and talent management initiatives through data analysis.
• Ensure Global HR reporting processes and analytics adhere to data governance and quality standards.
• Work with HR Reporting & Analytics and HRIS teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, design, launch, and maintain reports and dashboards (BIP, OTBI).
• Interacting with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Business units, as well as global teams specializing in reporting and data analytics, to validate and synchronize provided and analyzed data.

 

Do you have? 📝

 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven data analysis experience with a record of delivering actionable insights.
• Good knowledge and experience with BI reporting packages (Power BI (preferred), Tableau, etc), databases (SQL, etc), programming (RStudio (preferred), Python, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
• Experience with report generation tools, including building OTBI analytics and dashboards.
• Knowledge of report bursting, RTF, Excel, CSV templates, sub-templates, and multilingual report generation.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, including Core HCM and modules like Recruiting, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation Management, Talent Management.
• Competence in embedding reports in self-service platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings clearly and good team-player.
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines with organizational skills and self-motivation.
