About the role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics works alongside marketing directors, marketing engineering and architecture, and executives in providing deep thought leadership around measuring the effectiveness and financial outcome all marketing activity and the consumer journey overall.  This role must have a broad range of skills and expertise including the ability to manage the analytics product life cycle, understand the capabilities of a variety of different software and cloud-based solutions, establishing and guiding measurement best practices, interpreting the measurement needs of the business from discovery through reporting and insight delivery, to maintenance, and crafting a story of explanation and insight that is easily understood by a non-technical audience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or other related scientific or engineering fields 
  • 8 years Hands-on experience in Direct/Database/Digital Marketing Analytics (direct to consumer, B2B, ecommerce or retail store) 
  • 8 years Statistical languages and tools (R, SQL)
  • 8 years Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • 8 years Web/mobile analytics  (GA, Adobe, etc...) 
  • 8 years Database Environments (Snowflake, Oracle, etc)
  • 5 years Data Science/ Advanced statistical modeling of marketing data:  regression-based propensity models, marketing/media mix models, multi-touch attribution.  Experience with:  Time series regression, Markov Chain, Probability Survival analysis.   
  • 5 years Managing and developing technical analytics team

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
