You value work life balance in a way that you can have fun at work while still keeping your events on track and on time.
Who We Are:
Established in 1989 Kings III is a growing, dynamic company. We’re a five-time winner of DFW Top Workplaces and nationally as a USA Today Top Workplace in 2020-2024. We’re on a mission for change – for our communities, our customers, and our company. If you see yourself as a builder and change agent, this is the right place for you.
More than 12% of our employees have been with the company for 10+ years, and an impressive 25% have been with us 5+ years. How do we do it? Here's what our employees say. You will manage the process end to end, this includes budget management, handling and upkeep of trade show materials as well as post-event tracking.
- CRM Event Campaign Management: Where the rubber really meets the road on our event efforts is when it is reliably tracked to revenue. This includes ensuring that all leads generated are imported, tagged for tracking, and handed off to the appropriate teams for follow-up in a timely manner. You will work with other stakeholders on this, but you own the follow-through.??
- Internal Event Planning & Management: You will assist the Marketing Events Manager and Field Marketing Director with planning internal Kings III events, such as our annual meeting in January and our annual sales incentive trip.
- Email/Social Media Marketing: In this role you will act as a key liaison with our digital marketing team to ensure seamless team communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include providing details for pre/post-event email communication as well as gathering and distributing essential information for digital campaigns and social media to ensure optimal messaging for each event.
- Marketing Vendor Relationships: Assist in managing marketing department key vendor relationships.
- Special Campaign Work: We are constantly evaluating additional topics and/or market-specific opportunities. This might mean dabbling in direct mail or creating special Kings III promo packages for a specific area of focus.
- Other duties as required, which speaks to our small, agile team in a fast-growing company and the importance of a?‘can do/let me take that on' attitude.
