Job Description:

About the Role: 

• Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Manager role at the Ogden location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.  You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: 

• Leading and managing the employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfaction 

• Analyzing processes for improving maintenance methods, equipment performance, and the quality of product 

• Problem solving and enforcing all company policies and procedures 

• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues 

 

 

Important Details: This is a full-time, On-site position 

 

About You:  You’ll fit right in if you have: 

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written 

• Experience leading in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus 

• The ability to problem solve, collect data, and effectively present information to managers, customers, and employees 

• Five to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment- preferably with a bachelor’s degree
