What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the clinical resource for staff after-hours, on weekends, and holidays
• Provide guidance on medication administration and care services
• Monitor resident needs and advise staff on changes in condition or care plans
• Communicate with residents, families, and leadership to ensure quality service delivery
• ​​​​​​​Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state regulations and community policies

What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota, in good standing
• CPR/First Aid certification (must be maintained)
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and support staff with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Sensitivity and aptitude for working with residents, families, and team members
