Technical Project Manager

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the team on the scrum processes and procedures that will steer successful delivery of our product roadmap. This individual will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination, implementation, and execution of technical projects, and be the liaison between various stakeholders across the organization. As a Technical Project Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert in coaching various teams in delivering real-time, scalable products within an Agile environment, removing roadblocks and facilitating discussions to ensure all deliverables are met on time.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and steer effective resource planning, organization, and prioritization
• Lead daily stand ups, sprint planning and retro meetings with team members 
• Collaborate with Product Management, and Engineering, as well as other senior team members to plan, manage and deliver our roadmap and all related projects helping company vision and strategy
• Assist the product management team in incorporating techniques to improve processes, define goals and manage the product backlog
• Coach team members on agile methodologies, scope and vision of the product and provide support where needed 
• Define and implement best practices to identify possible risks and challenges and drive project issue resolution
• Maintain and manage project management tools such as Jira and Confluence 
• Oversee project plans, documentation, meeting minutes, task management internal stakeholder shave visibility regarding ongoing projects

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of direct Agile project management experience in a dynamic environment, with a proven record of successful and timely delivery of projects; certified Scrummaster a plus
• Ability to drive multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams and systems
• A combination of technical knowledge and strong business acumen
• Passion for problem solving, communication, and organization with a consultative/collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proven ability to translate both business and technical requests from stakeholders into clear requirements for development teams
• Ability to anticipate technical and project barriers and adjust to in-the-moment needs
• Proficiency with standard project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp, etc.

At LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 1 day per week (Wednesday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.
